The Restore Project is an introduction to primitive wellness through daily mobility and sustainable self care practices. We'll dive into 5 different types of present, personal wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, elemental and social. These practices will be coupled with daily mobility and movement tasks to encourage a deeper exploration of the task itself.

You'll have access to the content for 60 days.

How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling, you have 60 days access to this course - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 10 days and we will give you a full refund.
What is the time commitment?
Our beta testers on average found that 30 minutes a day was enough time for them to explore the content.
Is there interaction with the coaches?
Yes. You'll see where there is conversation between students and coach on each lesson. You'll also have access to us via email throughout the entire 60 days. While this is a self guided curriculum, we don't want you to feel lost or alone with questions.
